The Watson Organization / PJ Dick a Joint Venture brings together a successful Philadelphia minority business the Watson Organization originally specializing in painting and PJ Dick a ENR top 100 Construction Management Firm headquartered in Pittsburgh with an office in Exton, PA serving the Mid-Atlantic market. PJ Dick has long been a supporter of enhancing the communities it services through diversity and inclusion of it’s subcontractors and suppliers. The joint venture is a natural out growth of PJ Dick’s efforts in the community. The JV seeks to work with Corporate, Healthcare, Higher Education entities to increase diversity and inclusion in their work. Projects secured/managed by the JV will actively pursue and recruit M/WBE, SDVE firms to participate in these projects by submitting trade bids or consulting proposals. The JV has the financial capacity to pursue projects of any size and complexity.
