We’re here to meet the medical, social, and recreational needs of our residents, and we’ll do it,- all day, every day, with warmth and fun. Energetic, passionate, and professional, the skilled team at Waban Health Center brings years of experience to the care of every resident we serve.
Our devoted, experienced nurses and CNAs see to residents’ daily needs, while our licensed OTs, PTs, and speech therapists work with physician oversight to help rehab patients reclaim their highest possible level of independence. Our staff is made up of a diverse team of professionals who speak a variety of languages, ensuring that every resident feels at home.
SEAMLESS TRANSITIONS
The transition from home or hospital to a long-term care facility can be difficult for both patients and their families. Waban's administrative staff has extensive experience in helping to ensure a seamless transition toward extended rehab or long-term care.
