We are a member of a 110 year old network of community based not-for-profit home health agencies that provides care for patients and families with the highest standards of quality, commitment and efficiency. The mission of the VNA/Hospice of Monroe County is to provide high quality, cost effective health and support services in the home and/or community setting. It is our intention to provide these services to the people of our community regardless of their ability to pay. VNA/Hospice of Monroe County extends your physician's treatment plan into the familiar surroundings of your home. Our Visiting Nurse agency and hospice is: licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health, certified by Medicare & Medicaid, accredited by JCAHO, and a member of NHPCO, VNAA, VNA of PA, the Pennsylvania Hospice Network, and a We Honor Veterans organization.
