The Vizual Coaching Academy was set up by us, Marco Fernandes and Imran Umar to help people to realise their ambitions. Through our work as personal coaches, we realised that the biggest issues to progression for most was the understanding of what they really wanted and being able to learn the new skills they needed to be able to achieve their goals. The solution we came up with was to create this site which is an accessible, affordable training and coaching resource, that can be used in a time and pace that is comfortable for the user.
