Viscount Biomass is a small, knowledgeable division of the Viscount Group. Geared to react quickly to client requirements offering either a free commercial or a full cost system Key to our success are the products we use, biomass is no exception. Hargassner is family owned Austrian boiler manufacturer who are at the forefront of biomass technology, they can boast a fully automated assembly line with the vast majority of parts manufactured in house. They also carry every spare part for EVERY boiler they have made since 1984! Viscount will survey, prepare, install, commission, service and maintain our Green Heat Module (GHM) for 20 years at no cost to the client, after the 20 years it offered for sale for £1.00. The Green Heat Module is our external heating solution which contains the 199kW boiler, 10 tonne pellet store, 2,600 litre intelligent accumulator tank and all the workings, the dimensions are 7,770mm x 3,350mm x 2,850mm (LxWxH). The GHM is a purpose built unit, not a cut down freight container, it has been built to maximise air flow, and therefore condensation will not be an issue during the colder months.
