The London headquarters houses administration, showroom and training facilities. A convenient customer trade counter facility is provided at both the London and Newcastle sites. Training is an essential element of Videx customer service from both the London and Newcastle sites. Training facilities and showrooms provide distributors, wholesalers and installers with all levels of product training. The establishment of a technical support line reflects the company's policy of providing the fastest response to all types of technical, product and installation enquiries.
