Vicinity Housing Group

The Vicinity Group has been providing low cost housing since 1965. Around three quarters of the homes it manages are in Merseyside, but it also provides housing in Cheshire and Lancashire. The Group, through its subsidiaries LHT, Cobalt Housing, Beechwood Ballantyne, Atrium (the commercial property arm of LHT), Rodney Housing Association and Ribble Valley Homes, now own and manage over 25,000 homes across the North West. Vicinity has also extended its offering to a range of community regeneration and environmental improvement projects through Jigsaw Neighbourhood Solutions.
