Welcome to VanDyk Mortgage Corporation, a 30 year old privately owned, direct lender. We were just named as one of the Top 50 Mortgage Companies to work for, by Mortgage Executive Magazine. As a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac seller/servicer, VanDyk funds and services the majority of its closed loans. Our business philosophy is based on building successful relationships with our customers and partner real estate agents. VanDyk Mortgage fosters the entrepreneurial spirit that allows Loan Officers to build their business their own way, while handling the upfront and back-end compliance. We also allow our staff and support employees to grow their careers and have greater input into their day to day working routines. Our branch is located in the prestigious Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. We occupy a traditional, 2-story office building.
