U.S. Mortgage of Florida is a division of NP, Inc. a mortgage company that has grown over the last 23 years on a foundation of serving clients. That basic principle of “the client first” has been the reason that we close loans based upon relationships, not leads. We have a excellent mix of business between purchases and refinances; we are not your typical mortgage company and our clients appreciate that.Over the last few years NP, Inc. has expanded from Florida, where our Headquarters are located, to being licensed in 22 states. We are providing clients with almost every type of loan that is available and we feel that has given NP, Inc. the ability to say “yes” more than most mortgage companies. Our clients have continually expressed their gratitude for helping them get a loan for their new home or refinancing their existing loan when they initially started and were disappointed by the financing process with another company that couldn’t get the job done.Another part of U.S. Mortgage of Florida’s success is our staff: both Sales and Operations. Our Sales team is made up of seasoned mortgage professionals that bring in business from relationships with Realtors, Builders, past clients and referrals. Our Operations team is made up of individuals with an average of 8 years of experience in the industry and many of them have been in the mortgage industry for 15 or more years.Currently, NP, Inc. is embarking on a path of national growth.
