We are multidisciplinary designers, marketeers, and technologists. Our services are designed to be powerful, scalable, and relevant. Our expertise stems from a passion for things that look nice and work well. John Hellweg, the founder of Urban:Royal, discovered marketing, design, and technology when he launched an eCommerce business at the age of 16 selling wakeboarding gear online. It didn’t take long for him to realize the full potential of online retail, and within 4 short years the business grew to over $5,000,000 in annual sales. He then launched a sister-company selling snowboarding gear, as well as a local pro shop serving the Portland, Oregon area. In 2009, John saw the waves of change and accepted an offer for the entire business, refocusing his energy on a deep rooted passion for design. And so began the journey of Urban:Royal. There is never a job that is too big – or small for that matter. We offer hourly rates for things like tidying up, beautifying, and general upkeep. For larger projects, such as rebranding a country, we generally follow a more formal quote process.
