University Multispectral Laboratories (UML) is a national center for research, development, evaluation, training, and certification established as a government-owned, contractor-operated (GOCO) facility specializing in CBRNE, C5ISR, Intelligence and unmanned system environments. The UML is a "Trusted Agent" to develop and operate laboratory and field facilities for Research, Development, Test, Evaluation, Deployment, Commercialization and Training to support government and commercial customers world wide.
