Uniteks, founded in 1990, in Izmir, as being one of the largest companies in the Turkish textile and apparel industry, has the 236th ranking at the Turkey's Largest 500 Companies of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO 500), as well as having the 51st ranking at 'Top 1000 Exporters' list of Turkey's Exporters Assembly (TIM).Uniteks has had the first R&D Center in the sector, since 2011, while having design offices in Izmir, London, Barcelona, and La Coruna. Thanks to the design offices, it is easier for customers to reach the company, whereas enabling design teams to monitor fashion trends in various places around the world, on-site and to ensure creative products that stand out. Every year, one in every 25 people in Europe buys products produced by Uniteks… The headquarters of Uniteks is located in Izmir Ataturk Organized Industrial Zone, where a Fabric Library hosting the current-fabric swatches over 130 thousand. Uniteks is proud to wave the Turkish flag in the textile and garment industry, as having reached an annual production of 40 million units and a turnover of $170 million, in different regions of the world.
