Union Community Health Center

Union Community Health Center (UCHC) is a private, not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, serving nearly 40,000 individual patients at six locations throughout the Bronx: 260 East 188th Street, 2021 Grand Concourse, 470 East Fordham Road, 4487 Third Avenue, 2101 Quarry Road and 2016 Bronxdale Avenue. UHCH's mission is to provide comprehensive, culturally competent primary and preventive health care services to improve the health status and decrease health disparities of the medically underserved populations in the Bronx, providing services to all regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or the ability to pay.
