Currently operating 2 locations & 19 screens in Southern California and Arizona, UltraStar Cinemas prides its self on finding great technology and partner companies to enhance the movie going experience. As the first Cinema Chain in the nation to complete a Digital Cinema roll out on 100% of its screens UltraStar remains an innovator in the exhibition industry. Other great industry firsts for UltraStar include Installing life saving AED’s in all its locations. Rolling out the first commercial installation of D-Box Motion Seats. & installing one of the first commercial deployments of Panavision’s new 3D technology. In 2012 UltraStar rolled out the UltraLuxe, a sit down in seat service as well as a small cafe serving beer and wine. UltraStar Cinemas continues to look for new opportunities to build, manage or acquire new locations.
