UK Vrycul Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Vrycul) is a UK-based company specialized in the R&D and production of thermally conductive interface materials. It is also renowned as a provider of advanced hi-tech solutions to the thermally conductive materials and technologies in many fields, such as electronics, laser, military industry and aviation & aerospace. Moreover, it has established a long-term close partnership with University of Warwick for R&D. Relying on collaborative R&D platform and advanced laboratory of the university, IBM, Jaguar and other top-ranking enterprises, Vrycul has been successively working out advanced products in the industry. With solid integrated scientific research strength of the company and university, Vrycul has successfully developed liquid metal thermal grease and pad, both of which have far greater thermal conductivity than the traditional silicone oil-based thermally conductive interface material (with their thermal conductivity equal to 500% to 1000% of that for traditional thermal conductively interface material).
