For over 60 years, United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia & Vicinity (UCP) has been making a difference in the lives of children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. UCP provides vital programs and services to individuals and their families living with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, head trauma, Down Syndrome, spinal injuries, intellectual disabilities or any disability that severely limits an individual’s independent functioning. Services are designed to encourage people to live their lives without limits.
