Participants in the course are multi-national and can share perspectives on the global issues affecting food safety.The programme works closely in partnership with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, allowing the participants to get a good appreciation of food regulatory affairs.In many cases, students can take advantage of work placement opportunities in the food industry that align with their employment objectives.Careers & EmployabilityExcellent job prospects are available to graduates who complete the programme, particularly in food production facilities, bioprocessing, manufacturing and related industries in Ireland.Our graduates have progressed to careers in a broad range of internationally recognised companies including Coca Cola, Guinness, Glanbia, Kepac, and Kerry Group, among others.
