UAntwerp Faculty of Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences of the University of Antwerp offers a wide range of high quality interdisciplinary educational and research programmes. Our Faculty offers Bachelor and Master programmes in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences and Biochemistry and Biotechnology, and a Bachelor programme in Veterinary Medicine. We participate in two Erasmus Mundus Master programmes, EUCOMOR and LIVE. Our Faculty forms productive partnerships with research institutes such as the Flemish Institute of Biotechnology (VIB) and the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp, and also with pharmaceutical companies. This faculty has a strong commitment to translating basic science research into better health outcomes and novel industrial applications.De Faculteit Farmaceutische, Biomedische en Diergeneeskundige Wetenschappen staat voor doorgedreven multi- en interdisciplinair onderwijs en onderzoek. De faculteit biedt bachelor- en masteropleidingen in de farmaceutische wetenschappen, de biomedische wetenschappen en de biochemie en biotechnologie, en een bacheloropleiding in de diergeneeskunde. Daarnaast is de faculteit als partner betrokken bij twee Erasmus Mundus masteropleidingen, EUCOMOR en LIVE. De Faculteit werkt samen met prestigieuze partners, zoals het VIB en het Instituut voor Tropische Geneeskunde, en streeft daarnaast naar de valorisatie van haar onderzoek voor maatschappij en industrie.
