Tunisian Naval Academy

The Tunisian Naval Academy is a publicly-owned establishment with an administrative aspect endowed with legal entity and financial autonomy. The Tunisian Naval Academy is situated in the town of Menzel Bourguiba in the North of Tunisia, on the Southern edge of the Lake of Bizerte and 60 km away of the capital, Tunis.The Tunisian Naval Academy is the only high maritime teaching establishment in Tunisia which is required to implement the following missions :(Decree N 2004-398 of February 24, 2004) :• The training of officers for the navy and the merchant marine.• The scientific and technical research in the maritime field.In order to fulfill its mission, the Tunisian Naval Academy applies processes of planning, development, implementation and assessment of the training while resting on a system of management of quality in compliance with the standards ISO 9001 : 2008.
