Tristar Homes Limited

In December 2010, Stockton Borough Council successfully transferred its housing stock to Tristar Homes who now own the properties and as a result, have unlocked significant resources to invest in homes and services to make sure that we meet the standards that our customers have asked for.Tristar Homes Limited was a not for profit controlled company of Stockton Council and was set up to take over the day to day management and maintenance of most of the council's housing stock. It started providing services in April 2002 following an overwhelming vote of support from Council tenants and leaseholders and with the approval of the council and Secretary of StateTristar Homes is part of the Vela Group.
