Better Job, Better Future, Better Life- Tri-Community Adult Education is in the “better you” business, as our slogan and mission proclaim, we have the programs, teachers and staff to allow our students to meet their goals. TCAE serves the families and individuals of Covina, Charter Oak and other neighboring cities in the East San Gabriel Valley. As stated in our mission, Tri-Community strives to provide an educational environment promoting academic, vocational and technological training and skill building to provide educational opportunities and a connection to the community at large. For eighty-four years, this adult community of learners has been served by the originally named Covina Evening High School. The rich history of providing adult education for our students has truly given many a better job, a better future and a better life. The school is among the first contacts and connections to the American culture for many newly-arrived immigrants benefiting from our English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in addition to our academic, community education and vocational offerings. Tri-Community Adult Education is committed to providing students the necessary preparation to lead them to greater opportunities and achievements in higher education, career or personal enrichment. Challenging curriculum, a supportive staff, experienced instructors and an atmosphere that emphasizes the 4 C’s: communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking are the secrets to our success.
