TOTI Holdings is a leader in the development and management of senior housing. TOTI Holdings (TOTI) operates as a family of business organizations with proven expertise and experience in the full range of activities required to move from an idea to a successful reality. Whether it’s building and managing our own senior housing facilities at Suite Living, or developing a new, mixed-use project with outside partners — we apply the skills and experience garnered from work on our existing six properties to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of the marketplace. Most of our projects involve senior housing or include a component of senior housing as a focal point for mixed-use, retail and commercial development.
