WHAT DO WE DO? Here in the UK, we've been highly visible in high street stores for nearly 30 years and you'll probably know us best for our branded ranges such as totes® umbrellas, totes® toasties slippers and slipper-sox (hands up if you've never had a pair of those!) plus ISOTONER® gloves, hats and scarves. We're proud to supply household names like Asda, Boots, Debenhams, House of Fraser, Sainsburys, Tesco and T K Maxx as well as many independent retail outlets - all from our head office and warehouse in Billericay, Essex. Over the years our UK-based development teams have concentrated on recognising, and satisfying, the diverse tastes of our customers and on providing high quality, up-to-date, value for money product ranges where fun, fashion and function can combine to offer something for everyone. So, having been around for quite a while, we also know it's important to keep a very keen eye on the latest trends and new innovations and this year sees the introduction of some nifty colour changing umbrellas, plus beautiful photographic print floral umbrella designs. We're long-standing members of the SEDEX organisation which enables retailers and their suppliers to work together in ensuring that ethical sourcing takes place right across the board. This, together with product quality AND the level of service we provide to all our customers – individual and retail - is vitally important to us.
