Shandong Tongyi Ceramics Science & Technology Co., Ltd (Tongyi) is one of China’s most longstanding and esteemed ceramic tile manufactures. It is located in Zibo, close to the Port of Qingdao. 1. Production capacity and scale Tongyi operates three ceramic tile factories comprising seven production lines. The newest factory is a world-first operation. In collaboration with international investors, its patented technical (processed fly ash waste from thermal power stations) All production lines are equipped with the highest quality Italian B&T inkjet machines. 2 .Professional export service Since establishing its export office in 2007, Tonyyi has developed a wealth of exporting experience and a global reputation for professionalism. 3.Strict intellectual property protection We have strict intellectual property protection protocols in place to protect our customer’s own designs. In recognition of this, Tongyi tiles are subjects to other Chinese manufactures, whose tiles are subject an additional anti-dumping tax of ~30%. 4. Production quality and development Tongyi has several advantages over its peers with respect to product quality and development. In particular, our adherence to production standards is a key differentiating factor. 5. Product types Tongyi now provides a selection of finish options for each design. These include rustic, semi-polish, matt polish, full polish, R11 anti-slip matt and R11 anti-slip semi-polish. Tongyi is the only Chinese manufacture to provide the latest in Matt polish finishing, which makes the stone-like design more vivid as well as being soft and smooth to the touch. The R11 series is also a new addition to the range. Our regular sizes include:600*600,800*800,900*900,600*1200,520*600, hexagon and others. We have a state of the art cutting factory, which by default makes 150*600, 300*600, 200*900,300*900,450*900, as well as innumerable custom and mosaic combintions.
