Title Security Agency of Arizona was founded in 1972 by Thomas Sullivan, Sr. and opened for business with 9 employees in a small office on Broadway. Tom’s approach of hiring the best talent in the industry won the company many clients, and grew strong relationships in the business community. Over time, Title Security grew to be the market leader in Tucson. In June of 2014 Title Security Agency of Arizona formed a joint venture with First American Title and the name of the new company became ~ Title Security Agency, LLC.

As an Agency, we are able to offer choices of underwriters: First American Title, Old Republic and Title Resources Guaranty Company. Being locally owned, we can make decisions at the local level to best service your transaction.

We now offer 20 branch locations to serve you and your clients. With local examining, local Account Servicing, local Trust and 1031 Exchange, our strength is extensive knowledge and exemplary service for all types of real estate transactions.
