Collaboration between the sectors is our bread & butter. We specialise in bringing business, government and not-for-profit organisations together to build constructive dialogue, learn from each other, and avoid 'group think'. Our members enjoy the benefits of a growing & varied network and of injecting diversity of thought in their ways of working. We serve our charitable purpose by: - connecting our members to influential leaders through over 120 events and networks per year (most are free), in order to create better informed policy & regulation, better business decisions, and to share best practice; - creating opportunities for development, headspace and benchmarking alongside a diverse cohort from all sectors, in order to strengthen leadership skills (with our portfolio of leadership programmes and development seminars); - supporting growing talent through secondments, mentoring, NED & Trustee appointments, in order to give them the opportunity to experience life in another sector. We are independent, neutral and not-for-profit. Established over 30 years ago, our high calibre membership includes most government departments, regulators, local authorities, top FTSE companies, universities, institutes and charities.
