The Stable, established in 2009 and famed for Dorset-influenced pizzas and ciders, is an informal restaurant and bar that serves a mouth watering range of stone baked gourmet pizzas topped with quality local ingredients, together with more than 80 different varieties of cider. Founded by Andy Briggs, Nikki and Richard Cooper, the original Stable in Bridport, Dorset is found within the original stable block, which served the neighbouring Bull Hotel as a former coaching inn. Only six years later Bath, Bristol, Falmouth, Weymouth, Poole and Fistral Beach all have their very own Stable. With growth like this the quality of the reputation, popularity and ambition speaks for itself.
