Our History Founded in 1975 as Truog-Ryding Company, we have been a leader in the ERISA plan administration community for over 40 years. Over the years, we have provided expert advice and compliance administration to over 2,500 business owners and we are currently responsible for administering over 1,000 ERISA retirement plans. We are proud of the fact that some of our clients have been with us since our doors opened in 1975. Our staff averages ten years of industry experience and, due to our emphasis on ongoing education and employment development, most have at least one industry Designation (i.e., ERPA, QPA, CPC, TGPC, APA, & QKA). Our expertise spans the ERISA gamut – Cash Balance, traditional Defined Benefit, 401(k) & Profit Sharing as well as 403(b) plans for our Nonprofit clients. Our Philosophy We’ve seen many changes during our history, but there has always been one constant philosophy. We sincerely care for and are committed to our clients and their advisors, to our employees, and to our community. We appreciate and value the relationships that we have built with our clients as well as our industry partners – Financial Advisors, Certified Public Accountants and Fund Custodians. We believe in being an active contributor to the world. And we donate our time and resources to numerous organizations such as our Armed Forces, Life Impact International, Inc. and local Law Enforcement. We have a volunteer committee who organizes events including offering a regularly scheduled meal at a homeless shelter. We look forward to continuing this tradition for at least another 40 years!
