Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive in their living, social and work communities. Each year we serve more than 200 individuals ranging from ages 20 to 81. Our programs include: ASCENT (Advocacy, Social Skills, Connections, Empowerment, Negotiation and Transitions) extended day services, Community Based Day, Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Specialized Supports and Community Living. The goal of our programs is to involve and integrate our individuals into the local community so they can further develop social and job skills.
