If you hold, or have ever held, a commission in the British Armed Forces, we're here to help. Regardless of the stage of your military transition, we can support you to find sustainable employment in a role that feels right and takes into account your individual circumstances, aspirations and skills. Our experienced career consultants are on-hand to guide you through a tailored one-to-one, to review your CV and discuss your options. Registering for our employment services will also give you access to the OA Jobs Board, network contact list and exclusive events. You'll be joining a community that understands the value of military skills and the importance of transferring these to the civilian workplace. We also provide a service to Employers, offering your business the best possible access to officers in the process of leaving the military, and former-officers who are looking for new roles.
