Over the next 15 years, The Keystone Group expanded to all corners of Sydney, creating a range of diverse venues each with their own distinct voice and place within Sydney’s hospitality culture. With a dedicated following throughout Sydney, The Keystone Group has adapted and matured to cater to the needs and tastes of its loyal patrons, constantly looking to improve and enhance the ever-changing local communities. A major and recent development has seen the group acquire a highly successful portfolio of restaurants including the Chophouse and Kinglsey’s Steak and Crabhouse, as well as the exclusive rights to all existing and future Jamie’s Italian Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand. This means the spread of Keystone venues will now extend from Sydney to other capital cities including Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane. This move further cements the group’s position as dynamic leaders in the hospitality sector.
