About The Immediate Care Center
In 1981, Unity Physician Group recognized the need for accessible, economical medical care, particularly for those patients with minor accidents and illnesses not necessarily requiring the extensive services of a hospital's emergency department. The Greenwood Immediate Care Center opened in July of 1981 and the public responded with enthusiasm.
Since that time, additional centers have opened allowing us the privilege of serving almost 150,000 patients per year in the urgent care setting.
We want you to know that Our Mission is to strive for Service Excellence in all we do. This means performing our jobs to the best of our ability with passion, integrity, thoughtfulness and concern for you. We make every effort to exceed expectations in all that we do.
