Founded in 1953, The Gray Insurance Company is family-owned, relationship-based and service-focused. Gray provides Workers' Compensation, Automobile, and General Liability coverage on a specific and aggregate basis. Services also include Claims Management and Loss Prevention services. The Gray program was designed to respond to overlapping state and federal jurisdictions and their complex contractual arrangements. Coverage is offered through appointed agents and we are headquartered in southeast Louisiana, focusing primarily on the Gulf Coast and the southeastern United States.As part of our loss-sensitive program, the Gray plan includes pre-funded SIRs/Deductibles, in amounts determined by monthly payroll reporting, providing stable cash flow to the insureds throughout their policy periods. This also allows our insureds to save these funds if losses are controlled. In most states, Gray provides stop-loss protection, protecting the insured should they experience increased claims frequency.Our relationship-based approach allows us to form and maintain close relationships with each of our clients.
