The Distinctive Edge is a privately owned marketing firm based out of Baltimore, MD. We perform sales and client acquisitions and retention for Fortune 100 companies. A company’s biggest challenge often lies in the fierce competition constantly developing around their market. It does not take long for a proven industry leader to lose severe market share and plummet to a state of major distress. In the past, to combat competition, our clients have initiated more aggressive sales campaigns. Their approach included concentrated telemarketing and direct mail programs that did not produce the necessary results. These companies had to rethink their existing marketing strategy and shift their focus to more innovative ways of new customer acquisition and protecting its customer base.
