The Children's Heart Foundation

The Children's Heart Foundation (CHF) is the country's leading organization solely committed to funding congenital heart defect (CHD) research. Our mission is to fund the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects. With the help of our volunteers and supporters, we are making great progress. Since we began funding CHD research more than 22 years ago, survival rates, longevity, and quality of life have dramatically improved for CHD patients. Because of this, CHF has added important research focus on developmental, transitional, and long term care needs affecting the millions of Americans with CHDs who now live longer lives. The research we fund positively impacts all CHD patients.
