The Cheese Warehouse is now one of the UK’s foremost suppliers of quality cheese to the food manufacturing, food service, retail, wholesale, hospitality and cost sectors. Founded in Whitchurch, Shropshire, in 2004 and now a key part of the Irish Dairy Board, The Cheese Warehouse has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and today we are recognised as much for a policy of innovation and rapid response to changing trends as we are for our huge range of products. British and Continental cheeses are supplied grated, diced, sliced and in blocks, as well as in ribbons, shavings and crumbs. Change-leading added-value products are also supplied, including IQF mozzarella pearls, portion-controlled cheese pellets, sachets and flavoured cheeses. Our portfolio of products also includes a collection of naturally smoked cheeses and an international range – including Mexican, Italian, North and South American varieties – targeted at different applications…for example pizzas, ready-meals, sandwiches and cuisines. All cheese is formatted to suit customers’ exact requirements. We also pay particular attention to customers’ expectations regarding provenance, authenticity, quality and seasonality. But we don’t just supply cheese. We also provide ideas, insight, inspiration and an ability to create or react to evolving food demands. In fact, one of our great strengths is our development kitchen where we can test new products and present innovative concepts – often developed in response to direct requests from our customers who recognise the exceptional level of expert knowledge and skills we bring to the table.
