Thrash Floor Maintenance was founded in 1985 by Russell D. Thrash to provide quality, cost effective janitorial services to the retail industry. It all began as a one-vehicle, one-man company servicing the Wichita, Kansas area. In the coming years, Thrash Floor Maintenance would see its portfolio grow to levels that Russell had always envisioned. In 1992, a corporation was formed and one year later, several out of state contracts were acquired. Mr. Thrash started a management company in 1993 in which he developed individualized janitorial programs for corporations. In 2005, Thrash Floor Maintenance experienced a huge change in the industry and expanded its organizational style and services. Multiple corporate customers began requesting services beyond janitorial and, eventually, TFM Services was poised to perform many additional building services. We currently function within five mid-western states. The main office still remains centrally located in Wichita, Kansas. Today, Russell still maintains an active role in the operations of TFM Services. TFM Services is now a corporation with more than 300 employees, stretching across five states.
