Teshmont Consultants LP is a Canadian consulting engineering company who specialize in providing engineering services for HVDC and EHVAC power transmission systems. Teshmont was acquired by Stantec in October 2020. Founded in 1966, Teshmont is a world leader in high voltage power transmission engineering. Teshmont’s highly skilled staff of engineers and technicians provide a wide range of services, from limited assistance with specialized studies, to complete project design and implementation support. Teshmont has provided services to more than 300 clients in over 40 countries around the world. Clients include electric utilities that range in size from small regional utilities to nationwide electrical authorities, independent system operators, independent power producers, municipalities, state & provincial governments, federal government agencies, funding agencies, natural resource companies, and manufacturers. While Teshmont’s technical emphasis is on power transmission, our service emphasis is on client satisfaction.
