TENNESSEE STATE VETERANS HOME BOARD

Tennessee State Veterans'​ Homes provide skilled nursing home care for qualified veterans, veteran spouses, surviving spouses, and Gold Star Parents, who need short or long-term care at one of our four locations in Tennessee. Therapeutic services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Our clinical team provides personal care with 24-hour RN coverage. The Social Services team and Activities team provide extensive programs and activities for all residents. We provide optimal quality of care and enhance the quality of life for every resident. The facilities are located in Murfreesboro, Humboldt, Knoxville, and Clarksville. The Executive Offices are located in Murfreesboro. The facilities are governed by the Tennessee State Veterans'​ Homes Board.
