To improve accounting and reporting delivery practices by revising, developing and implementing policies, procedures and system solutions that better reflect the business environment and comply with regulatory requirements while strengthening and promoting partnerships across organizational boundaries in order to assure accuracy, completeness and transparency of financial statements and improve financial support to the warfighter.
