Teamwork (UK) was founded by Tony and Janet Williams to provide commercial cleaning and recruitment solutions specifically within the Facilities Management marketplace. Teamwork’s management have career history in high footfall areas predominantly within the transport industry such as airports. Currently Teamwork operates several key contracts ranging from traditional office cleaning to exhibition and venue facilities management. Teamwork focuses on the area of retention as a key indicator of performance. This is two-fold. Firstly, in the case of staff, Teamwork tries to minimise staff turnover by concentrating on staff welfare. Secondly, in terms of contracts, Teamwork pride ourselves on maintaining long-term business relationships through putting client satisfaction at the forefront of our considerations.
