TEAA’s initial £300,000,000 budget will be used assisting Governments & Authorities to ensure compliance with the obligations signed up to in the 1982/84 Laws of The Sea Convention.SECTION 2. GLOBAL AND REGIONAL COOPERATION(Article 199 Contingency plans against pollution)(Article 197 Cooperation on a global or regional basis)TEAA has specific directives, best practices and researched methods for implementing a Global Standard for stemming waste from continually entering the oceans:SECTION 5. INTERNATIONAL RULES AND NATIONAL LEGISLATION TO PREVENT, REDUCE AND CONTROL POLLUTION OF THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT (Article 207 Pollution from land-based sources)TEAA will also be seeking assistance from, whilst expanding and investing in, current initiatives and cleanup operations globally.
