We are a big advocate of training and "growing our own"; so much so we built a custom Training Centre on site at our Bildeston, HQ.Spanning over 60,000 sq ft our custom built office and manufacturing unit drives quality by keeping all functions under one roof including our new Finishing Department with four spray booths and two drying rooms. We are 100% committed to the Environment and protecting it as much as we can. TMJ was the first joinery contractor to become accredited to all three chain of custody schemes; FSC, PEFC and Forest Products. We have vast experience in aiding projects to become BREEAM, LEED, SKA and WELL accredited and have a dedicated Environmental and Quality Manager on each project.
