Tagawa Greenhouse is one of the largest annual bedding plant suppliers in North America with 60 acres of greenhouse production and over 400 employees within our three locations.Tagawa started in 1967 with Frank Tagawa and his 5 children producing vegetable transplants for their truck farming operation. During the 1970s through the 1990s rose and carnations were added and grew the business significantly. As cut flower production moved offshore, production of plugs and liners for sale to other greenhouses increased to fill the former cut flower space in the greenhouses. Finished production of annual bedding, easter lilies, mums, and poinsettias also increased. With generation four moving into management and the average tenner of our key staff over 10 years, we still share the same values and goals as our founders.Today Tagawa produces annual and perennial seedlings and liners for greenhouses throughout North America. In addition, Tagawa Greenhouses provides finished annual and perennial products, landscape trees and shrubbery, house plants, and hard goods for mass-market retailers under the InColor brand. Begining in 2019, Tagawa leveraged our experience and began providing clones and seedlings to hemp farmers.
