Programs are delivered on behalf of both public and private sector organizations. Services are delivered on behalf of: • Automobile Manufacturers (Emergency Roadside Assistance, Concierge and Roadside Legal Assistance) • Insurance / Financial Institutions , Employers and Unions (Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Support, Attendance Tracking, Wellness) • Provincial and Federal Governments and Not for Profits (Provincial Telehealth Programs, Wellness, Tobacco Cessation Coaching, Emergency Response, Chronic Disease Management) Core to our service delivery is our ability to recruit and support health care professionals (over 300 Registered Nurses and CareCoaches® on staff) and to manage networks of third party providers (2000 tow truck operators across Canada, national network of accredited Lawyers)
