SWC Group Ltd was established in 2004 by its owner, Mr Nick Carter. Nick has over 20 years of security experience and wanted to create a professional, transparent and multi-disciplined security business that could meet the ever increasing needs of a regional client base whilst adhering to the strict code set by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Our employees are regularly monitored to ensure that they work to the highest possible standards, have valid and up to date SIA licences and have the necessary rights to work within their specialist security sectors. All SWC employees are regularly updated with the latest training modules related to their specific industry sectors, changes in legislation and our own internal policies. This training is delivered at our own purpose-built training facility. Whilst the businesses headquarters are located in the historic market town of Wisbech, it currently carries out operations throughout the UK for a variety of national, regional and local clients from a number of sectors and industry sectors. Over the years, SWC has received numerous citations from various authorities and has been recognised as a quality provider of security staff. We would of course always be happy to provide references and testimonials for clients to highlight and support our desire to offer the highest standard of service to all of our customers, new and existing. SWC Security and Training also operate a Highfield Accredited Training Centre, meaning that we are able to provide a wide range of training courses in a variety of different subjects.
