1.Mission To promote and sustain interest in the development of sport in the Sunshine Coast region. 2.Key Results Areas and Goals Single United Voice Being the single united voice for sport on the Sunshine Coast. Support for Members Supporting Members of the Federation through a number of opportunities (eg. training, education, networking opportunities, provision of resources). 3.Major Sporting Events Identify major sporting events that may be brought to the Sunshine Coast. Support Jobs Coordinators Overseeing and supporting the Jobs Coordinators funded by the State Government on the Sunshine Coast. 4.Sports Star of the Year Awards Recognising the outstanding sporting contributions by athletes, administrators, coaches, officials, media, volunteers, and others on the Sunshine Coast through the Sports Star of the Year Awards. 5.Management/Administration Through the Federation, providing best practice governance and management standards that can be replicated by its members.
