Student Works, through its Management Program, is a developmental organization focused on helping hard-working students gain a competitive advantage over their peers in today’s fast-paced economy by developing the entrepreneurial skills required to start and manage a business while still attending university or college. We have a proven business model that supports hard-working students to market, sell, manage and lead their own service-based business in their hometown or around their school. We screen extensively to find capable candidates who have the necessary drive, communications skills and outlook to be successful. We look for promising candidates from all majors and areas of study and we train, support and coach them to success.
