Founded in 1995, Stafford Communications Group is a customer service consulting company with expertise in call center operations, interactive voice response applications and relationship marketing. Our mission is “To bridge the gap between marketing concepts and the consumer experience.” CJ Stafford, President, began her communications company after spending 20 years at Johnson & Johnson. Leveraging her customer service knowledge with her deep understanding of scientific and regulatory issues, she brings unique programs to the industry.

Our staff members are high-level customer care consultants who have healthcare, nutrition and marketing backgrounds. We are consumer affairs professionals, writers and trainers with public relations, direct-to-consumer and healthcare professional marketing expertise.
