The Academy provides and supports you with the opportunity to pursue your preferred career route.The Paraplanner Academy is a 12-month programme enabling Practice support staff to become Diploma qualified decision-making paraplanners, fully equipped with both CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, alongside an understanding of the St. James’s Place proposition.In addition, the Next Generation Academy offers individuals who have an existing relationship with a St. James’s Place Partner's Practice a 12-month structured programme to equip them to become a fully qualified Adviser.
